Skinny Commissions
Yes! YOU can pay a Skinny Commission* when you list your home with me!
Listing-side commission ranges from 1%-2% based on how quickly a contract comes in:
- 1% if under contract within the first 30 days
- 1.5% if under contract within 31-60 days
- 2% if under contract after 60 days
You would also pay the typical Buyer's Agent commission (which generally ranges 2-3% in our market).
